Also figured out how to put in the fixed background code too.

I can see that , but erm. Is the background supposed to be completely fixed in place too?
If this is the way you intended it, I won't complain.

If not, well, that's 50% of the artwork gone XD
background-attachment:fixed;   is the culprit, that is the only thing that needs to be disabled.
