I think that for the levels: Bentley The Yeti. For the personality: Agent 9 because he’s so crazy and hilarious! I do also really like Bentely’s personality though!

I'd go for Agent 9 mostly on personality *and* gameplay, actually. His gameplay is unneedingly slow in his main level, but it does get interesting in his sections outside of there, because you know what? Even if he's kind of a "least Spyro-y" character with his gun, he knows how to make a gun fun. x3
