The Legend of Spyro 3D (Let's talk about this)

Video
I wrote down an entire essay on the late Legend of Spyro film.
I wish I had more to give information wise as to cut content and the script that is rumored to be here somewhere on the web. Steve Altiere on Twitter has yet to answer me on any social media on this topic (trust me, I have tried). All of the other crew for this movie seemed to have disappeared from existence somehow. But so far, all we know is very little.

But I thought; wouldn't it be cool if the fans made the film?! We have plenty of artist and writers in the Spyro community! What are some of your thought?  Angel

I don't know It was really real? Since I keep hearing that there was supposed to be a movie and stuff.

Anyway I don't know if Activision is ok with fans making a movie, i'm still very iffy of releasing a project of mine publicly.

Yeah, the Legend of Spyro 3D was real but cancelled by Activision. But seeing as it was gong to be written by the same people who did Norm of the North and the live action Woody Woodpecker movie, I’d say we dodged a bullet.

It was for a fact a real thing at one point, because it was mentioned in various interviews and spots, mostly I think because fans were a tad upset that DotD was going to be the end of the line for Spyro for a time. That being said, based on all the information I've seen out there - the concept wasn't gonna be that much different then ANB, but who really knows at the end of the day.

At least we got Dragons: Destiny of Fire, that movie was terrible. I did read the document about that movie, and I have seen the film when it aired on TV.

In the case of the movie, yeah I wonder how the movie would have play out it would have been three game squished into a 90 minute film? Or just a new beginning retold in film?

Hard to tell since it was scrapped pretty early on, but I really think it was just gonna be a movie version of ANB, which wouldn't have really offered much anyways.
