Spyro 4 Teaser in Crash 4 Art?

A teaser for Spyro 4 has been found in the artbook for Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. Do you think this confirms the next Spyro installment?

I feel like we should expect word on a new game in the next few months. Activision seems to have a pattern set up with Spyro and Crash, where what happens with Crash happens with Spyro. Since TFB developed It's About Time, maybe it's safe to say that VV is working on Spyro 4?

Or maybe Beenox? Or a joint development product with TFB, Vicarious Vision AND/OR Beenox working on Spyro 4...
