I want to add one tiny thing, if they decide that he needs to be a bit taller... then he needs to be longer as well.
The limb to body ratio is really important and I think that this is one the the reasons the teenage Spyro from DotD looks a bit botched up and why the reignited Spyro looks very natural for a cartoon character.
